Safety

Costera Waste & Environmental considers the safety and wellness of our employees, sub-contractors, and clients our number one priority.  All personnel from our field staff to our leadership team share the same responsibility for creating a safe work environment.  Site-specific health and safety plans (SSHASP) are prepared for all field service projects in addition to Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documents for each specific task to be performed.  An internal, pre-mobilization meeting is conducted before each job to ensure that all parties involved are aware of the scope of work, risks, and hazards associated with each project.  In addition, Costera conducts daily onsite tailgate safety meetings prior to work commencing to review site-specific hazards, task hazards, and the daily scope of work.  Costera is a proud member of both ISNetworld and Avetta.
